i applied for immigration in jan 06.. my interviewz done! embassy took my passport! how long??

I had my interview in JUNE... They took my passport but suddenly they sent me that an investigation is going on. I m an Indian. I received a call from the investigation department on today i.e. 3rd Oct! Can u tell me when should i expect my immigration done??

Did you ask them when they called you? They would have the best possible answer for you.

It could be up to a couple of months according to friend who received simliar trouble,
