there is a limit to what your body can use/absorb. past that it'll either be stored as fat or excreted

Nope...It doesn't work that way. Now maybe if you were really stacking hormones and doing serious brutal workouts - maybe, but there is a limit to how much protein the body can handle. Too much and its wasted besides being hard on the liver......

I don't think so. Overloading on protein has its problems, Use the recommended dosage and exercise.
