Robert the Bruce got beaten in battle then saw a spider re-make its web and realized that one must try and try again he went on to beat the English in battle.

I can think of Saul , who once heavily persecuted the household of God. Saul met Jesus and had a miraculous change of heart and began to serve the God he persecuted..This was one of the most dramatic 360's in history.
