if you buy a moisturizer that is close to the expiration date, will it still be effective?

It will be fine. What kind of moisturizer? The only difference would be instead of it working 100% it will work 98-99%. It's fine.

It should be fine, however, it's not that expensive just use it while thats all you have and replace it as soon as possible.

it'll be fine,, you would be able to tell if it was unusally dry or clogged ..
But it'll be fine, put it on the back of your hand 1st and check xxxx
