the last nine years eight people have drowned in the mississippi, same curcumstances, same place, but no motive or suspects. people think it might be a serial killer, so my question is what do you people think?

they all are male, UWLa Crosse students, between 21-28, all found in riverside, blood alcohol above legal limit, no trauma, around the same time of the year each time, only one person each year, has been 8 people over the last 9 years that have been reported! police say no serial killer evidence, but i believe they just don't want to scare away the tourists

I am from Mississippi and an attorney. I would like to know what place you are talking about. You may want to see if any other evidence was found such marks exhibiting strangulation or a head wound indicating being hit over the head. It could however simply be a dangerous spot. Were these people alone? Are they males or females? Do they have similar lifestyles? Were all the deaths around the same date? What about them is alike?

Depends on what happend to them. Lots of people drown everyday so it could just be a dangerous part of the river that people shouldnt be swimming in. Or it could be something really bad like a killer.
