I don't think it's possible to tell since most of them wear false lashes for photos and appearances....it would be much easier to tell which male celebrity has the best eyelashes

I saw a bull in the rodeo finales with the longest prettiest eyelashes you ever saw. He was a local celebrity because he couldn't be ridden.
