I have a Net10 phone with a Motorola V171 phone. They are great. It is not a fancy phone that sings you a song and has lots of bling but it IS a good sturdy phone that is nice and small with a lot of nice features. 10 cents per minute no matter where you are, no matter when you get or make a call. No roaming, nationwide coverage. There are adjustments for text messages and checking voice mail. You have to keep minutes on the phone for them to rollover but they do and the expiration date on the phone is pretty reasonable. Two months for a 300 minutes...which as much as I use the phone, could be my only phone and I would be fine. In addition, every call I have ever made has gone through, except when I tried to use it in an elevator. I don't know how other people's plans are affected when you call them but there are no benefits or penalties for calling someone with or without Net10.

Customer service on this plan is excellent and the phone is easy to program and use.

I find them very good. i dont kow if u can get one that takes pictures (mine doesnt but it might be out there). weve had ours for 2 years now. everymonth we pay about 35 dollars into the minute pool. if u dont use all the moneyon the phone in one month, they add on to whats left in the phone account. right now i have 200. on the phone. if u buy a game ot tone, they take it out of that account. they pretty reliable and get good service wher ei live, bbut its different from place to place. i would reccomend one.

we have 4 of them at our house and we all love them....look good, easy to use, and very inexpensive. We aren't on our phones alot so it is alot better for our situation. If you talk on the phone alot it might be better for you to get the contract ones.
