When i browse through the internet I usually always open
-Tools, Internet options
-then select delete cookies and clear history. It usually gets rid of everything your computer saves from browsing the net and using email. There are also a few programs out there that can clean your computer out real good. The really small space saving but really useful program i use to clean my computer is called Cleanup. I downloaded it from the www.geekstogo.com. That website is very informative on alot of computer problems and has a list of about 10-15 programs with links to download from that will do everything from cleaning your computer to getting rid of spyware, malware, and viruses. You will have to register before using, but it is a quick and painless operation and free. If you just want to look at the computer history you can go to the Clock symbol with the green arrow on it right next to the favorites tab. If you'd like to look at your cookies list, C:\Documents and Settings\User profile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

On Internet Explorer click the history button.

On Netscape or Mozilla you go "edit preferences", where you have the chance to "clear history" and "clear location bar" or where you can click on "history" and see more.

Note: If you write an e.mail under your own e.mail password and write the e.mail directly into the e.mail site (rather than first writing into a word processing program and copying it into the e.mail site) nobody can see the e.mail unless they know your password for the e.mail account.

If you write an e.mail into the computer (Wordpad or Notepad or another word processing-type program), and if the problem is that someone knows a password to get into your "part" of the computer, you can delete those files. and also delete "recent documents" that will show up if you click "start" at the bottom left of the computer and click on "documents" in the menu. To delete files from a program you can open Explorer, go to the program you used to write the material, locate the document, and delete it. Don't forget to empty the recycle bin.

Even with the steps above, there are ways for people to access something that's been done on the computer; but I'm not addressing the other ways because you question is only about deleting your e.mail.

Note: Any time something is written on your computer it is possible for the person who knows what they're doing to retrieve it from your hard-drive; but that requires expertise and doesn't apply to someone who just uses the computer and wouldn't know how to retrieve deleted stuff from the hard-drive.

Click Tool Go to Internet option Click Clear History. Your email can not be pulled out. But web you have searched can be called back if you have not cleared the history.
