My guy says he is ok with my having male friends, he is quite jealous though, and sometimes i feel that if i were to call my guy friends or hang out he would accuse me of cheating, i never have and never would. Is it wrong to have guy's as friends? i have alot of female friends to. My guy doesn't have any of his own friends though male or female..think this has something to do with his jealousy and all. Is it right for me to be able to have male friends if my guy says its ok but has gotten jealous in the past?

it is okay. your boyfriend needs friends. that's why he's jealous. you're his only connection (family aside). that's a big burden to carry. a little jealousy is healthy in a relationship, but if starts trying to control you, then you have a problem.

well, the best way is to have a heart to heart conversation with him about this matter. If he has gotten jealous in the past, he might had a bad experience with his past gfs. Give him assurance that you wont cheat on him or do something that could ruin your relationship. Of course, he has to do the same thing.

Well, my boyfriend says its not ok to have guy friends because in some way they are attracted to me, honestly i feel that if you in a relationship you dont need friends of the apposite sex, because he should be the only one.I had guy friends but now im with my boyfriend i dont need them

no man is "ok" with his girl hanging around other guys . . . if it were me, I wouldn't even leave that window open . . if he's already the jealous type, he doesn't need any gas added to the fire to add to his jealousy . . . I say spend that extra time with your man . . .

only if he approves of those male friends certain ones he and others he wont but it is ok for you to have guy friends if they stay only friends
