I'm not sure if the policies have changed since the last time I was in Las Vegas 7 years ago. I remembered the casino serving free beer if you're playing at their casino. Anyone know what Casino serves free alcoholic drinks?

As you may know drinks are free in Las Vegas as long as you’re dropping money into a machine or playing at one of the table games. You can, however, score free drinks if you’re watching someone else play or if you’re just standing around in the Casino. The trick is to tip well. It sounds simple but if you’re sitting at the 25 cent slots tip the waitress $2 dollars and I will guarantee you she will be back by the time you’re next drink needs to be ordered. What I typically do is tip the waitress $5 right off the bat just so that she understands I ‘m not a cheap ***. This goes a long way. After the initial tip $1 is all that’s needed. If you’re winning drop a few more dollars in. If you’re playing at a one of the tables the chances are good you will see more waitresses come by but just to be sure pop in a good tip and you will easily have your fill of adult beverages.

If you're gambling, they'll serve you free drinks. It doesn't have to be just beer either. You can order mixed drinks if you want. The come around more often at the higher limit tables than they do at the slot machines, but they'll serve you no matter where you're gambling. It's done at all of the casinos. Just remember to tip your waitress.

If you're playing something, even if it's penny slots, you get free drinks. Pace yourself though. My new husband and I just got married there in May. Not being used to the concept of free drinks, I went a little overboard several times. :-) It's awfully easy to do.

It's also not just in the casinos. Some restaurant/bars do the same thing. If you happen to make it to The Orleans, there's an Irish pub across the street called McMullans. Awesome, affordable food. Awesome staff. And they comp much better drinks than the casinos if you play their games. We spent a lot of time there and can't wait to go back.

Have lots of fun!

Some casinos will give you free drinks if you buy the glass. Like one of the casinos if you buy the Big Cahuna margarita glass then they will fill it up as many times as you want. same with the Ifle Tower glasses. Just go into one of the bigger casinos and look around to see what people are drinking. If there are free drink offers chances are you will be able to find out just by looking around.

Yes, we saw several people being served drinks while playing the tables and we were there just last week. I didn't see as many coming by slot tables, and low stakes tables though. Actually I think I saw one the entire week.

Yeah, they still give you free drinks but it takes forever and a day for the waitress to return. It's to keep you at the slot machines and poker tables; after all, the longer you wait, the longer you spend time gambling.

every casino I was in in Vegas gave you free drinks while you gambled.

Just be sure to tip them or the waitresses will make themselves scarce.

I was there in August. Yes, you get free drinks, but I found the waitresses came around way more at the tables than at the slots. I actually didn't get many drinks at all at the slots.
