I'm not sure. At first I'd probably say HAHAHAHA that's a terrible joke, and start naming off all the people I know who might play that joke. Then when I'd find out it's serious, I'd probably sit there with my mouth hanging open, speechless, until a scream tears from my throat that would wake the dead. lol

Such calls are usually a scam so they here clink as I hang up. The chances of it being more are not odds I wish to play.
