Both right and wrong actions are determined by cultural morals. There is no universal right and wrong - For every culture has vastly differing ideas on events in life. I.e. the idea of abortion - good in some countries, and bad in others.
Right and wrong is also constantly changing. Look at English law - it wasn't until as recently as 1991 that a man could be convicted of raping his wife! (That's not to say the law is good or bad when attempting to find out the particular culture's morals - it cannot be relied upon fully for such a task).
And what someone else said earlier - about committing a wrong to make it right (i.e. someones dying outside a pharmacy store - you break into the pharmacy store to get much needed bandages or whatnot to help them - highlights the "the greater good" overrides the lesser evil).

The notion of right or wrong is all based upon many factors such as upbringing, faith, age etc etc. The question you ask is difficult to answer unless you give us an example of what you class as right and wrong and then we can reply and let you know if we class it as right or wrong.
Asking how you determine right or wrong is not just wanting to know the answer, it is a way of seeing where your life is heading and what lies in your future. Think about it.

Wrong is when we gain at the expense of someone else. When harm is caused to another for selfish reasons. We ourselves are both good and bad, but we can evolve by choosing the good of all over our own immediate selfish interests more often than not.

Right and wrong - the way I see it are the same thing, sometimes doing the wrong thing is a right thing to help someone else etc.... there is no one way to determine these issues.

i am the one who decideds whats right and whats wrong
but really many people and factors decide whats right and wrong like
the goverment but they kind of force you to believe in somthing or live such a way
religion i would consider the muslim faith to be wrong but then they consider christian to be wrong
parents they are the ones who teach you how to act and their parents showed them
and then theres personal thoughts and oppinions
