Welcome back! I don't know why people are making a big deal about this but every knowledgeable basketball fan knows that teams usually lose the first game at home after coming back from a long roadtrip.

Were you offered the job and you accepted before the email?

If not, don't reply to the email. Contact the person you interviewed with or the person responsible for hiring and confirm the position has been offered to you, --accept or decline the position.

If you had already accepted the position, a simple reply will do-- It is Great to join the (company name) team! I am looking forward to working with each and every one of you.
