What really alarms me is that if you feel like this now-10 years after he comited adultry, WHY on earth are you with him, when you could have left so long ago?!

Hence why alot of people are questionning your intentions in thsi "relationship" and branding you as a golddigger. However there are two sides to every story, and i guess it is difficult to leave someone you love and have married, 10 years on or not.

You also have to question yourself as to whether this is really the best choice? if you have been married 10 years, do you have children and will divorce lead to their unhappiness? Plus if you are digging up the past from 10 years ago (unless he has done anything seriously wrong to date, cheated on you again etc) then you have to question why you are being so destructive.

Obviousley you havent forgiven him as obviousley its something truly hurtful but you need to address this. Perhaps you need to see a marriage counsellor or to talk it over with him one on one, but if you feel that things cannot be resolved between the two of you or you just cannot trust him and its over then you should get yourself a lawyer and fast!

You are definately entitled to half of his finances if you are married (or have lived with him for a long time).

You will have to figure this out on your own though and really seriously think about it, and your intentions in divorce. Create a plan that will work out fair for both of you.

Just because he did the dirty on you doesnt mean you have to follow in his footsteps by taking as much of his finances as possible out of "rights".

Two wrongs dont make a right...be clever!

Hope this helps x

Hmmmm, get you a good lawyer and take him for everything he has. Or at least half of it. Because if you were a stay at home wife, you were working even though it didn't seem like it. You were cooking, cleaning, satisfying him when he need it. That sounds like a job to me. And I think that it is time that you get paid. And the fact that you were being a good wife to him and he still cheated, the judgement will be highly in your favor. I say about 60% should be good enough, right? Did yall have any children? If so, girl you about to get paid.....lol. Take care!

Why'd you wait 10 yrs? Did you help earn his money? If not, even if he's a scummy lowlife then why do you deserve any? Make your own money...

However if you helped him get to the financial level he is now, then yeah you are entitled to some...contact an attorney and get on with it...

Another hooker. What else can you possibly call it? Just because you only have one John does not mean you are not a hooker.
