are the laws for divorce different in scotland to as they would be in england?

i live in england, my girlfriend lives in scotland, we are both seperated . she has been seperated for 4 years and has a daughter. is it different for her to get divorced and is she able to bring her daughter to england [which is 400 miles away] if her ex-husband disagrees with that?

Her daughter's father will have to agree to her taking her daughter to England to live, best advice would be for your girlfriend to see a lawyer.
