The lips (labia minor and major) are "fatter" and stick out more. There's more of a cushiony feel and because of that, it tends to feel better. It's all easier to eat it, since there's more of a noticable skin fold. Also when she bends over, you can see a better camel toe hanging... some are so fat that it looks like some balls hanging.
