Are birthmarks just crazy sexy or is it just me?

I have like 4 on my face and amilion on my hands.

I have to admit that I'm not a big birthmark person. I keep thinking that Cindy Crawford (for example) would be prettier without that obvious mole on her face. Likewise for birthmarks.

Now freckles can be sexy on the right person... but maybe that's just me.
