any suggesion to distibute preesure, how you maintian that prresure

Excess flow of water creates ripples in the tank and disturb the sedimentation at the bottom if u are also using a bio filter. Maybe your tank is small and the filter big and not suited, change it or if the filter has been recommend by the dealer then there must be a switch or button to adjust the flow.

if the water is very swift it can wear your fish out and cause them to die
most fish dont live in swift water
adjust or change your filter

They should adjust after a few days. Your fish are probably out of shape from never having to swim in all that current.

can you not turn the flow down you can on some filters

lotta water pressure good you dont want to restrict the pump it will burn it up. try smaller pump or bigger tank.
