THERE'S REAL FAT WOMAN THAT I WORK WITH. SHE ALWAYS FARTS, CHEWS WITH HER MOUTH OPEN, PICKS HER TEETH IN FRONT OF OTHERS, FARTS AND WE SWEAR NEVER TAKES A SHOWER. EVERYDAY SHE SMELLS LIKE DOG CRAP, AND WE HAVE TOLD MANAGEMENT MANY TIMES ABOUT THIS AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. WE ARE ABOUT TO TAKE MATTERS INTO OUR OWN HANDS, ANY SUGGESTIONS????

Tell her that McDonald's is giving away free hamburgers for the next 15 minutes. She will get excited and leave - then make sure to lock her out of the building.
Maybe even stand up on the roof and dump garbage on her when she is trying to get back in.

Being fat is not her problem, so you didn't have to mention that. People are so biased, I swear. I'm guilty, but try not to be.
It would seem that she has problems with manners and taking a bath. Talk to your boss. Tell him/her what the problem is and see if management will do something about it. If not, politely tell her that she may have a problem because she smells. Make sure you do it without hurting her feelings because she is a human being first and foremost. And as far as the bad manners, when she chews with her mouth open or picks her teeth, ask her to close her mouth and not pick her teeth in public. As for the farting, that's a hoot. Tell her to go to the bathroom when she feels like she needs to poot because it might be she needs to poop and could poop on herself.

Here's what worked for me, and there was minimal prosecution. Take water balloons, fill up 3 with shower gel, and 10 with water.... and maybe 1 with a diluted bleach just in case. When she gets into the office, throw 3 water fill balloons at her, followed by the shower gel filled balloons. Throw the remainder of the water filled balloons at her, and mix in the bleach one in there somewhere. That should keep her fresh for at least a few days.

Man, there's many movies I could mention involving ways of getting rid of unpleasant people. Dirty Work is the first one that comes to mind cuz I watched it recently. Check it out, see if it gives you any ideas.
Failing that, follow her home from work and find out if she lives in a hole or under a bridge. Then try not to judge her, because if she lives under a bridge, she's just a troll and such things come naturally to their species.

You may think I am joking, but we had this exact same problem with a woman where I worked. But she had a bladder problem and was oblivious to it coming through her pores. We got her manager to speak to her and her manager even offered to take her to the doctor to see if anything could be done about it.

u need 4 people ... no six ! one will hold her left hand , an other her right hand, someone else her left leg and the last one her right leg. then u ll carry her fast into a shower ( don t know where u ll find it ... your problem). the other two left will wash her all over again and again until all the dirt & smell go away !!! then you re free !!!

Make her a gift basket. put in symethacone (for gas), bath soap, deodorant, tooth paste, mouth wash, and a book of etiquette with the parts about chewing with your mouth closed and not picking your teeth in public highlighted. Put a note on it saying Please use so your co-workers can enjoy being around you.

I Suggest that all the people who work with you put a rain coat on as the one in your avatar and hose the biatch down scrub her with chlorine, get one of those sponges to clean frying pans and brush her teeth with detergent.
It will be messy but the hoe gots to learn.

If your serious. "Managment" has to do something because she is creating an environment that is offensive and prevents you from performing required tasks.
Get he a gift basket for her birthday / anniversary / secretary's day an occation. Puts candles, soaps, deoderant and flowers. If she still doesnt get it, man up and tell her.
