Get 4 or 5 popular players. Give them 4 crackers to chew up, not swallow, and try to whistle the school fight song. Whoever is successful wins. It gets everyone in the mood with some competition.

Heres an idea: how about allowing people to play virtual games completely online, like yahoo games, with nothing to download or install. Like in RailRoadTycoon3, with 30 hours of gaming "gifted" by a sponsor?

I did this in HS, get the football players to dress up like cheerleaders and the girls (cheerleaders, band, whatever, just CHICKS) to play football, it's so much fun! You can make shirts with your numbers and names on em, and the guys can make cheer outfits...... ♥
