Ok - I'm 37 now and this happened when I was 16 and I'm still very embarassed about it.
I was invited to a party by a "cool" friend of mine, I knew none of the people there but they were a lot older than me say 19 to 25 (that's way older than you when you're 16!) I got into the party and there were at least 3 guys that were quite lush and my friend knew them - I was sooo jealous.
So the guys had Pernod at the party but would't let my friend have any til she'd drunk her cider so in the hopes of impressing the guys I drank the cider for her and the next persons and the next persons etc.
So I was by now out of my skull and I started to shout at the top of my voice "TURN THE MUSIC OFF IT'S AN EMERGENCY" Eventually after lots of shouting someone turned off the music and everyone stood looking at me.
I was crying and mumbling and my friend said "what is it?" I turned to look at one of the gorgeous guys and said "My Dad ..............wears a wig!!"
The gorgeous guy just looked at my friend and told her to "get her out of my house"
I woke up the next day with the mother of all hangovers and felt sooo embarassed as my Dad really did wear a wig but no-one knew - not even my friend. I was a complete laughing stock and so was my Dad for a good few weeks.
P.S I NEVER told my Dad!!!! Hahahaha!

I think that my most embarrassing moment was when I was in the 12 grade and a boy I had a hugh crush on walked into the wrong bathroom while I was getting changed. I was in my underwear. I stayed in there for a long time

I had given a dress to tailor to my friend who runs a boutique.i was in urgent need of the dress so i called her to find out if it was ready. We have been friends for years and hence i felt she may not mind a Sunday afternoon call.after letting the phone ring a long time her husband answered the call.he is usually nice ,maybe i called wrong time.he really took off and screamed about calling on Sundays.I politely apologized.I wanted to tell this to my sis.I dialed the phone and rattled the whole thing cursing my friends husband as he too had called us on Sundays for insurance work,I called him a creep and so on .finally this was the answer from the other phone
" hey you have called me and cursed my husband, i think in a hurry you dialed my number instead of your sis anyways since you started ranting i let you go on.sorry he was in a bad mood yesterday"
i politely apologized once again.nothing could have been more embarrassing

Well it was more embarassing for my gf... we were walking around Pier 39 doing the tourist thing and people kept mistaking her for a guy cause she had cut her hair real short. She got angry and she said she was going to pull her skirt up so high it would be obvious she was a woman. She quickly pulled her skirt back in place, but everyone around found out she wasn't wearing panties.

I was at work walking into a building and this really cute girl waves and says "Oh, hi how are you?" I'd seen before so I said "Hi back". About that time I realized she was talking to the walking behind me.
