First of all, Americans in general are not afraid of any questions.
We are not afraid of discussing conspiracy theories, we just know better. I will discuss anything of merit that you want. Give me facts.
I can only assume you mean wire-tapped? I am not afraid of that, as I have nothing to hide. And I have no idea what being "purnished" is. If you mean punished, I do nothing that I would be punished for.
I am not afraid of the Patriot Act. I agree with it, and do not criticize it because I think it is a good idea to keep our great nation safe.
Our Democracy is as strong as ever. Thank you for your concern, but it is not necessary.

As an american...
#1..I am not afraid of discussing conspiracy theories as long as they are valid in which the 9/11 conspiracy theory is not valid..it's just a ploy to destroy the unification of our people
#2..if you mean wiretapped and prosecuted..no I am not afraid...the U.S. government is not out to harm its own people...if you mean wired up and electrocuted in a barbaric way like the terrorists do...then yes..being an american I know I'm not safe from the people who despise us.
#3..yes I can question the patriot act..it's my right as a U.S. citizen to do so..some of it is right and some of it is wrong...it's not perfected yet...laws like this take time at a trial and error basis seeing this is the first time in history our country has had to enact something like this.
you say you are half american..are you an american citizen?
or are you just someone like a family member that only comes around once in awhile to start trouble?

Speaking from the UK, it seems that not many people want to hear conspiracy theories, or there's the nuts who lap it up in the same way conservatives lap up their murdoch media. I think maybe a lot of conspiracy ideas are spun over the top, and are - ahem - encouraged by the government to discredit anything other than the official version.
But yeh. You'd think someone would have filmed a plane before it hit the pentagon - or that they would have been filling the skies full of fighters as soon as they heard a plane was hijacked. So in reality it doesn't add up. btw the patriot act is crazy.. but what do i know

Don't be worried, I am not. There are plenty of conspiracy theories floating around on the Web, most of them contradict each other. We are not afraid of discussing them, we do so all the time. They are getting rather redundant though. Instead of worrying about our rights being restricted by the US government you might want to think about how life would be under some brutal Islamic Caliphate.

I am not afraid of discussing conspiracy theories on the web in order to express how bizarre and ridiculous they are.
No, I am not afraid of being wired or "purnished".
Yes, I can question the Patriot Act and criticize it if I so choose but I choose not to. I think its a good thing.

I am an American living in America and am not worried about any of these laws. If you would actually read the law itself, you would realize that you have nothing to be worried about, unless you are a Muslim Terrorist, then perhaps you should be concerned. Otherwise, my freedoms are just fine, in fact, more protected now than several years ago.

Under this Bush Adminstration, everything we say on the phone, in our emails, and over any other kinds of communication can be intercepted, and we are being spied on by our Government. I hear them clicking into my telephone calls all the time.
We can now be marched off to Guantanamo for no reason and never be heard from again.
We are witnessing the Nazification of America!

See, the problem is, you are macro-worrying. Youre taking in too much of the big picture. Scale back a bit and do some micro-worrying, it will make the world a bit easier to sort out.
