Not really, but men have an inherited tendency to admire certain body parts of the opposite sex. It's rude i know, but actually some women do the same to men, our culture is very lustful.

I think it's a pact with the other head they have in between their legs. Men are sexual ALL the TIME.. What is it every 30 seconds they think about sex.. They can't help it.

Well, when women purposely wear revealing clothes, they should not be surprised that we look. If you don't want people looking, then stop pulling on skin-tight pants and wearing low-cut shirts.
Having said that, yes, looking at a woman's butt is not just a hobby -- it's a way of life.

Guilty....butts are cute...in various shapes and sizes....nothing more than admiring....think about this...why does fashion seek to accent different parts of the body if it is not to be looked at....men are not blind......NOW women are not either....and they look all the time to....as I have gotten older I have learned that woman look and talk more than men do....at least in the crowds I run in...
