A lot of my time is spent telling the logical part of my brain to shut up for a while. I have this duality inside me always. Logical versus creative. It goes back and forth a lot throughout the day.
The important thing to remember though is both are equally important. The logical will tell you what the rules are. The creative either shows you a way around, through, or over the rules.

you just need to calm down
believe in the power of god , he who is supreme, he who has created us,he who is doin everything ,loves each and every of his creation , and you are one of them
he loves you , whenever u fell low pray to him ,
god treates everyone alike

you are his son and he loves
just close your eyes and think and then you will find out
he who is supreme and is king of the kings cares for you
may be you are afraid that people might make fun of you or bully u when u do somethin stupid but my dear frend till you try some thing how can you be perfect
everybody fall down a 1000 times before they actually learn walking properly so dont be afraid of failure
just do what you are supposed and god will give you reward to motivate you if you do something right and will also punish you if you are wrong

byheart the following lines
"whatever happens , happens for good"
once start working with this ideology ,even when you face loss you will find that somehow you would be benifeted by that loss

It's difficult! I think too much myself. I worry about little things. I've tried meditation but I can't seem to clear my mind! I'm too easily distracted. I guess the key is that if you can't stop thinking then at least try to think positive things. Catch yourself thinking negative & turn it around. It's a challenge but if you can think happy thoughts & feel happier you won't worry so much.

They say "Don't sweat the small stuff" but it's easier said than done! Just take a deep breath & try not to let things get to you. Take a walk or run, clear your head. Let things go...

Now I just have to take my own advice! :)

Thinking is good. It may be something you may really need to focus on. You did not say what it was so it's hard to know for sure. Nothing happens for no reason. Maybe the subject will come up in your life soon. If it really bothers you can make it boring by making a song out of it. I guarantee it will so go away:)

figure out the big issue which is bothring you. It is your boss - your love life/relationship or is it a financial problem ot the three al together.

Once you have the three sorted out you should be OK - If you are not ask a friend what he thinks is your problem and go fix it.

Sometimes when you fix a problem other problems get fixed automatically as the latter ones were not problems they are just symptoms of the bigger problem.

Don't think so much bhaiya. If you want to think then only think positive things. Suppose you are thinking on a topic like what to do for........... then don't think so much. If you find the solution then good & if not then think everything is alright & will be alright. If sometimes you don't get the thing you want then think "jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai. Agar mujhe ............ nahin mila toh ismein meri koi acchai chupi hogi." I am sure you will do this & i am also sure that my answer will work. Good luck.

You can take a tablet daily of alprazolam salt o.25 mg for 15 days that is available with every chemist shop. After 15 days u can take half tablet for another 15 days.

check ur love life, ur job and your family if you dont have a problem with this three, maybe ur self is your problem so take a break go to place where you can relaw for maybe a week just you alone and try ask your self what do you want in life....sometimes to be a person thats not who you are really bothers a person a lot .....

Try this meditation:

While engaged in one thought, another rises; the junction-point between the two is the unmesa or uncovering or revelation of the true nature of oneself which forms the background of both the thoughts. (at the background of both the thoughts lies the thoughtlessness -- pure creative consciousness unhindred.)

Or

Allow your awareness to move with your thoughts and let them take the flight of fantasy till they reach their climax. Automatically they will cease to exist.

well...u cant change the way u think right.

so 1st of all learn to take things cooly...dont react overreact on small things.dont be so senti and dont wear ur heart on ur sleeve

and if something is bothering u bad...try and find the cause...and analyze wat u can do about it...and do it...and thats it.....dont ponder much abt it...be a man of action rather than thought............as u grow older automatically ull mature and learn to give a damn to small things :)
