open the bottom half way. look at the top to see if there is a clip to allow you to tilt it in for cleaning. If so you should be able to lift one edge and get it to pop out. Find their website for more info.

Been a number of yrs. But if memory serves, I believe you have to compress the balance packs against the jambs to release the upper guide pin on the sash. Each side of sash can be released individually, un less you have two people. Tilt sash out horizontal. Slide one side of sash up about 3 inches. this will expose a pin with a nylon line looped on it. CAREFULLY! un hook the line keeping a firm grip on it. Slide a short pencil or something comparable,through the loop, allow it to retract to the jamb pack. Repeat on remaining 3 points.
