I got married to my husband while he was in the service. I'm not sure if it's in the rules that you can actually live in the barracks. There's probably on base housing for married couples. While my husband was in, I chose to wait on tables. It's not a difficult job to do, and you can always do that where ever his career might take y'all. Hope I've helped!

1. Punctuation is a beautiful thing. Please learn it.
2. I've never heard of a married couple having to live in the barracks...that's for singles (or was when I was an AF dependent)
3. You didn't say where you lived, so how can we know what kinds of jobs are available there?

Its pretty obvious you know nothing about being married to a serviceman and what that entails. Better stay single and stay home. When things go to hell in your relationship Mom and dad will be pretty hard pressed to get you a one way ticket back home from germany, japan, Turkey or some other duty station that you find you hate.

Depends where you are moving. If it's a foreign country, your chances of employment are limited to on base type jobs.

Must be a new army we had no wives in our barracks. You had to be a certain rank and live off-post. Who said you could live in the barracks?

you could work @ the PX or in the post office, there are quite a few things but you would have to find out through whatever fort you will be stationed at.
