Retirement on a scenic mountain or in an ocean front home

That's hard to choose from, because right now I live in the Smoky Mountains and it's gorgeous here! But I also used to live in Orlando, FL, and had a friend with an ocean front home and it, too, was breathtaking. So I can't honestly choose because, to be honest, I would want both! That way I could alternate between the two and be deliriously happy!

Ocean front home. I think it would too hard in the mountains with the snow, like driving and shoveling.
Tho now I would chose the mountains!

Ocean front home.
The sunrise/setsets would be awesome, you could catch your own meals (fish), and the sound of the waves would ease you into sleep.
