the question is i have a sheet, and i need the contents of 3 rows to be automatically copied or referenced on another sheet.without having to copy the contents of those three rows, i want it on another sheet too.

Aside from copying the rows, you can set the cells in the other sheets equal to the rows you want copied. In the cell you want it in type "=" and then click on the cell you want referenced. Does that make sense?

Try on of these steps:
1- Copy, then Edit > Paste Special > Paste Link

2- Go to destination sheet, and select the cell you want, type the equal sign '=' then go back to the source sheet and select the first cell.
Now fill the cell you had into the cells below and to the right.

3- Use the formula
=INDIRECT( "Sheet1!A2")
Sheet1 is the sheet name and A1 is the cell address
