First of all, I teach and work as a massage therapist. I do tai chi and yoga . Years ago , I took Karate for 2 years and loved it. I got into Massage because of a friend that did it, and I was looking for something different. It is finally popular in the West because I believe that people here are also looking for alternative means of health care. There are many forms of massage and I believe that most of them have made their way to the west. I am sure there are some forms of massage that we have not discovered here yet, but there are so many now. email me if you have more questions about this.

I am a Kung Fu teacher for about 20 years. I happened to learn this art because of necessity and curiosity. There were lots of bad guys (gangs) in our neighborhood especially at night and I was always in fear 'cause I cannot defend myself or my loved ones. That time Bruce Lee introduced Kung Fu in his movies and it was a hit. It seems everybody wants to learn martial arts. I decided to look for a good teacher and luckily found Grandmaster Jorge Ramos. I gave a lot of time to learn the art and after 10 years of rigorous training I finally earned the honor to become a master of the arts. Martial arts are very popular not only in the west but I think around the world. Masters are being portrayed as virtuous and possess extraordinary skill in self defense. According to history these masters were the defenders of the oppress and uphold the truth. Nowadays these arts of self defense is being practice for health and instilling decipline.
