This is definately a humorous question. I do have to admit that it took me a moment to actually get it, though! But every year!

Ever year...
Jan 1 = New Years Day
Dec 25= Christmas.

Every year they are in the same year because not a full year has passed between New Years Day and Christmas...

A full year = 365 days...Except when there is a Leap Year...then its 366...

Either way, I celebrated New Years Day 2006, and am looking forward to Christmas Day 2006.

It always falls on the same year, every year.
New years day is January 1 (every year)
Christmas Day is December 25 (every year)

I don't get it...was this a philosophical question ?

Can't remember which day was a horses name. If the horse was called Christmas Day it fell at a race meeting on New Years Day or vice versa
