You have been invited to something obviously.
It says we need to know which day, out of the two dates you have been given, which one you will attend.
It is also asking if, on that day, you will attend certainly or possibly.

Can you confirm which day you will be there .. It looks like you were given 2 days to choose just pick one of them???

You must have had some more details before .. if you read both it will more than likely make sense to ya :-)
