Can we also regrets first before we do something that we could probably regreting in the end.

Yep. Just looking at that chocolate cake makes me regret the fact that I'm going to eat waaaaaaaay too much of it ;)

Definately. I've regretting something knowingly before I was about to do it because I knew what the outcome would be. At times like that I found I had no choice for the decsion I was about to make. Sometimes when your forced into a corner you have to oblige.

Ah, if only we were wise enough to start having our regrets before we did foolish things...! It might KEEP us from doing those foolish things. We should always consider the consequences of our actions before we jump in and do things.

If you let your conscience be your guide, I think you could regret a choice before you make it. That is a choice you must make before you do something.
