The only thing I can figure out that you might be talking about is a woman's hymen. Inside a woman's vagina is a membrane called the hymen. For most women, the hymen remains intact until she has sexual intercourse for the first time, at which point her partner's penis penetrates the hymen, destroying it. However, a virgin woman's hymen can also be broken in accidental falls or by inserting an object other than a penis into the vagina.

Most teenage grils hymens are broken well before having sex. It is gradually worn away by an active lifestyle, Things like horse riding, running, swimming etc.
The only way someone whould know if you had had sex is if you told them!!!!!
