Well there's a good chance that you could die from a lightning strike.
I would be sad if that happened. On the other hand if you came out without any after effects as sometimes does happen, I would be very happy for you!

I don't know you, but you must know that nothing would happen to you. The movement of electrons in the body caused by lightning discharge is too fast to cause major cell damage. So U will be OK.
