Axl let fame give him a big head. He felt that he was GNR and everyone else was just back up. He wouldn't show up at rehersals or some live apperances.

Axl was irrated by alot of the drug use going on with the members. A couple of them even came close to dying because of it. Axl decided it was his duty to tell the rest of the guys about the drug abuse messing up the group, but he chose to do it in public during a performance.

The group finally had enough of each other and parted ways. From my understanding, slash said he would never work with Axl again.

I think they broke up because of Axl's craziness. I don't think they'll be getting back together.....ever. Sad, cuz I love GNR in the old days. He was on the VMAs and kind of acted like it was a big put off. You could hear the irritation in his voice. I think he's had enough and basically wants to be left alone. He's probably a pretty nice guy in person, just fed up with public life.

Egos and drugs. Slash has said in interviews that there is no way he will ever play with Axl again. Plus, he is in the group Velvet Revolver. Seems unlikely

Hmmm. I do not know. I do, however, know that Axl is completely botoxed now, as seen twice now on the Video Music Awards. Saw them in concert in Dallas in '91. Awesome show ;)

Because Axle got too full of himself, and the rest of the band got sick of him. Plus Axle's drug problems.

Dont know about that but the last thing I heard about slash was he let a snake crawl up his ask me know more questions. i have know idea how or if he got it out. hope that helps
