How do I get back the "loading" bar underneath the Internet Explorer page?

How do I get back the "loading" bar underneath the Internet Explorer page?

The icon at the bottom of the page and has an "e" in the middle of the page? I don't know how I lost it...it tells you when a net page is done loading.

View > Status Bar

click View, then choose Status Bar
