The best thing I have found is to use really hot water and soak the Playdough in it. This will loosen the Playdough up so you can scrape it off. After you peel most of it off wash the blanket or sheets

I am guessing it has dried and wont flake off. I am not being insulting just asking. Have you tried soaking it in vinegar water? Have you tried soaking it in dish soap water? Have you tried soaking it in ice water?
These are things I have tried before for dried on stuff like playdough. It usually softens it up enough so I can work it out with a fine brush.
Best of luck. Hopefully they are not your prize sheets and blankets for your bed.

Wet the area and let it get soggy. Scrape off as much as you can and then throw the sheets or blankets in the wash. It should come.

When attempting to remove PLAY-DOH compound do NOT use hot water or cleaning solutions of any kind.
To remove PLAY-DOH compound from carpet or fabrics, allow it to dry completely, and then loosen with a stiff brush. It may be necessary to vacuum clean or wash with gentle soap and cold water.
You may need to repeat the process in order to completely remove the PLAY-DOH compound.
