is it worth to buy ipod nano fakes. As it can play movies which the ipod nano can't. And its one third of the price.....

No. They may look and work somewhat the same, but the accessories do not always work with fakes, even if they say they should.

It depends in the use that you are going to give to the feature...
If you just need your music to be played in the fake toy, go for it...
If what you need is compatibility with the 1000s of accessories, vehicles, office speakers, downloading in/out from you computer, order by genre, performer, etc, then go for the original.
Basically this is just a memory card, what worth the spend is the music compatibility that Ipod allows for the marketing machinery beneath the product.

yea i know it can do those stuff but the LCD quality is CRAP!
Got for real ipods.... fake aint rite. If u wan video get the Ipod 5G....

no, do not buy that. it dosen't work. it look like a nano, it may do more but trust me. it's a scam. don't fall for it.
