You need psychiatric help. You are obsessed with migraines and them being fatal, etc. Take the medication that you doctor prescribed and simmer down. You are completely neurotic about this. (Neurotic means "over anxious")
Then the rest of your post makes absolutely no sense.

Hey why not focus on curing migraine. You will earn alot by doing so. You will have assisted many people who also suffer from it.
