1.) i leased a 2005 nissan murano last year and today i was driving where there was recintly road work done and there were rocks and dirt chunks and they hit my car and now i have small dents scratchs on the car and my windsheld got some dent kinda things in it (did not crack the windsheld) when i turn the car in after the lease ends will i have to pay for the damage?
2.) if i find out which company did the road work can i sue them for damages to my car? or can i at least do anything?

every panel has a dent or deep scratch or both exept the trunk

HEY THERE Mr K........................The very first thing you should do is get that car back to them, so they can see it. I'm sure that will have an affect on your paying for it. If the dealership wants an explanation, get pictures, if it's as it was when you hit the rocks and dirt. K.....Suing the construction company is not going to be easy........You'll almost surely need a lawyer....GOOD LUCK.LATER

You might have to pay for the stone chips depending how noticable they are! For the suing of the company that did the road work you can try but I don't think you will get anything you will probably waste more time and money on it, then paying someone to fix the stone chips!! I know where you are coming from because it has happened to me and I was really pissed but my windsheid cracked!! Stuff happens does not matter how much you try to avoid it!!

if off yes you are going to have to pay for the damages. second you probably won't get no money from the company that did the road work. They will say you should have went slower and such.
