You will have more bugs to deal with if you do.
They are as beneficial to humans as birds and bees.
Try catching some and have them for pets. They are great companions after they get use to you.

you can purchase a "bait house" that other animals cannot get into (so its safe if you have other pets around) inside you can put some rodent or lizard bait
