In the spoiler section at onetreehillfans.com it says for 402 that rachel catches nathan off guard with a kiss and haley sees it and turns away. when she turns away she doesn't see nathan push rachel away

Nope, I don't think so. I think they're just playing it like they did when Nathan had a stripper for his bachelor party. They want you to think so through the previews, but the show is gonna be all about Haley!!!
