Sort of...
I believe we live in an entirely physical universe which is ruled by cause and effect, I also believe that with some activities (and indeed life in general) there are too many factors to be certain of the outcome in anything other than a statistical manner.
The odds of something happening are only really meaningful over an infinite amount of time, so if there is a 1 in 14million chance of me winning the lottery over and infinite time scale I WILL win it 1 time in ever 14million. As we do not live for an infiinte amount of time we only get to see a bit of the behaviour that odds predict, sometimes we beat them in our favour (for example tossing a coin and getting heads 20 times in a row, or betting on black in roulette and it comming up) so luck can be considered to be a measure of the amount of positive (or negative) outcomes we are experiencing and is as fickle as lady luck herself.
So while I do not believe in luck as a force in the universe I do think that it is a perfectly acceptable description of our experience of the universe.
and rather unsatisfactoraly... your luck will change eventually (but possibly not for half and eternity or so)

Yeah, I believe in the concept of luck. Luck comes from ingenuity. If you surround yourself with the very best, luck will find you.
What I mean by this is: Don't hang out with the wrong crowd. If you do, people will equate you with that element. Wear clothes that fit you well and are acceptable. Good grooming and manners are important. School yourself and try to achieve a good grade average. Make yourself into something special and trust me, others will view you in a better light and opportunities will come your way. When that happens take full advantage and remember to say thank you.
Opportunity and luck are one and the same.
Have a nice life.

I do believe in luck, and it always seems that it's something only others have in the good variety! However, I have had good luck, and it's always been during rare periods when I have felt ok with myself. Somehow this sends out a glow to the world that gets returned. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I don't believe in luck but I do fate. But if luck exists it's because one has brought it about by being positive. I believe that if one is a positive person and projects that emotion out in society the rewards come back at you ten fold. Positivity breeds positivity as negativity breeds more negativity. In all my many years I have believed in positivity and have worked with negative people in turning them to that way of thinking and the results are magnificent. Stay positive!

I believe in it. My lucks usually good. Sometimes its up and sometimes its down. I can usually feel where its going. When I feel lucky I come out on top.
As for your luck I can't tell you when your luck is going to change but it all begins with attitude.

Well, it certainly does seem like some people are very lucky & some are unlucky but I think to a large extent we create our own luck. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you expect good things to happen then you exude a positive energy & attract goodness, if you expect bad things to happen then your negative energy actually makes your fears come true. You create your own reality. At least I hope so! Anyway, it can't hurt to hope for the best & see what happens...
Good luck! :)

No claims for supernatural events have ever survived objective examination. Luck implies that the laws of the universe are repealed in your favor, that random chance is not operating fairly, but rather is discriminating for or against you. By simple logic and common sense, this argument lacks merit since the mere existence of unnatural events implies unseen forces at work.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, otherwise, its just fanciful thinking.

Gary Player (golfer) once holed a shot from a bunker and a spectator shouted out 'huh very lucky'. Gary Player turned to the spectator and replied 'You're right, it's funny the more I practice the luckier I get'
Good luck should be recognised though, too many people fail to recognise good luck and when something 'Good' happens to them they feel that they 'deserve' it
If you expect to receive good luck you probably wont, but if you fail to recognise the good things in your life you probably dont deserve any!

There is nothing called Luck.
In the birth horoscope of individual there are certain planetary combinations know as "yoga" in astrological language.
The good combinations are called 'Shubha yoga" and the bad ones are Known as "Ava yoga". There are any number of these yoga's. The person with maximum good yogas enjoys life and in called lucky. The one with bad yogas is always the looser and is called unfortunate.
To give an example
only those persons win a jack pot/lottery/unexpected inheritance etc who's horoscope contains a powerful "Vipareeta raja yoga"

oh yes luck exists all right, it does have to do with how you perceive life, so in order to be lucky you need the correct frame of mind. After being lucky its down to hard work and determination to get you where you wanna go.
However I beleive that continued hard work and determination for prolonged periods without letting up, leads to BAD luck. Thats when you need a chill pill.
