you can go to a clinic or any ENT or Allergy specialist to get a allergy test. The cheapest is the test where they put a little bit of allergies under your skin, the more expensive is the blood test

Your GP could refer you to a dermatologist who will conduct a skin test using various common allergens. If it's food intolerances then a dietician may be your best bet - again, your GP should be able to refer you, but you might have a bit of a wait.
