Ask yourself - is it likely that MSP's would perjure themselves in a court of law?

He done it all right. What amazes me is why he didn't just put his hands up and admit it from the word go, I mean he is hardly the first married man to play away, is he?

It's his wife you feel sorry for, because she stuck by him through the trial and now THIS.

It's highly unlikely that 11 ex-colleagues, including 2 MSP's would have been prepared to commit perjury. I think he's guilty and look forward to a case being found against him.

Unless you had fallen victim to the wrath of the media you can't tell.He may well be innocent .In my opinion there is no smoke without fire ,Time will tell !!!
