This is not an error. It is simply an advertisement for registry fixing software. You can ignore this and close it. Nothing is wrong with your registry.

You need to clean your computer of all such spyware regularly
Install all the programs I mention below. Scan & Clean your machine atleast once a week.

1. Install a firewall. (If you are using XP, you can enable the built in firewall)
www.zonealarm.com has a free firewall you can install.

2. Download Spybot search & destroy. Update, scan and clean all the advertising programs from your computer.
www.safer-networking.org

another good program is Adaware www.lavasoft.de

3. Install a pop-up blocker. Look in shareware.com for one.

ok, the best way first is to click on start, run, and type MSCONFIG, after that click on startup and uncheck everything. That will make anything that boots up with your computer ... not boot up. It won't mess up your computer. After that go to bitdefender.com or housecall.trendmicro.com and use the FREE scanner. Oh, yeah .... after you uncheck everything click apply then close and restart your computer (It will ask you to do so). After it's clean you can go back to MSCONFIG and re-enable the things that make sense .... if you have no idea what it is ... might not be important lol.... good luck!

If this only happens when you're on the internet, then it's probably just pop-ups and spam. It could also be a virus.
