This is not Normal.

Asthma and pimples are unrelated most of the time.

Asthma is induced by many things and even food, but mainly by allergen in the air. If it is severe then try desensitising.

But no two people are same.

A local allergist should be able to explain it more accurately then in this forum.

Skin pimples are noting but dried pockets of histamines and they are confused with prickly heat and other skin disorders...........

One way to find the food allergen is to Introduce one food at a time and see the reaction.

People are allergic to citrus fruits...... and some vegetables.

Detection of allergic food:

Start with one day water only fast to clean the body and digestive system. Make sure you are in good health and do not have problem with blood sugar level.

Eat some simple food that is not a problem for you, then introduce daily one food, till you get a reaction. Now you have found one thing to avoid.

You are on the way to finding good food that you can enjoy and which does not give you any trouble.

Same method is good to find foods that perk you up.

I don't think being asthmatic has anything to do with pimples.
