Are pro sports team referee's and umpire's really unbiased?

They have their favorite teams too, right?

I really think they are not, because thats there job, they are professionals thats what they get payed to do. If they are really bias then i think and i hope that the NFL would do something about it.

No of course not. They all have their favorites. Ever seen Rat Race. Remember Cuba Gooding Jr's character made the wrong call.
