Program not responding every time I try to use the help feature?

Even if I click on "help" for Solitare I get "program not responding". I can't even get help form windows. Someone plz help.

You know why you click on Help, it actually try to open the CHM Help file in the system. It is possible some Microsoft Hot Fix may have corrupted something and you can no longer open CHM help file.

Try look at this Microsoft Support site and see if any of the solution from Microsoft help.
