Instead of openly, honestly, morally dealing with the Foley scabdal there are some Republicans here, it seems, who would rather dig ip the 30 year old story of Gerry Studds as if to say, "See, Democrats are just as perverted as we are." Then the fake Kerry will post another fake 'question' claiming Clinton is a rapist.
So, what's the score in this BS game so far?
Democrats 2
Republicans 45 ?
My friends, I can give you a long, long list of already proven guilty sickos who were Republicans. So, instead of trying to deflect the blame, why can't you Republicans here just admit your party was too compliant and deal with the Foley case like real men and take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again?

OK so it is no secret ( I'm guessing everyone knows) that the Page program recruits from the Gay Community. I lived in Georgetown for several years. It was common knowledge that several Congressmen were having some verity of sex with Pages.
The history of perverted sex in the Nations Capitol is long and sordid. The first surveillance cameras were in the restrooms as an attempt to stop the Congressmen from raping staffers.
The DC law is carefully written to exclude almost every form of sex. That is why Clinton got off DC law says oral sex is not a sexual relationship. There is also an event counter aspect to DC law. You have to have sex more than 10 times for it to be construed as a relationship.
So Clinton gets a few BJ's and according to DC law it is not "a sexual relationship with that woman"
The same thing will happen to Foley. He will slip though the cracks and it will be forgotten.
All the more reason that Americans need to take back America.

I'm not counting perpetrators on each "side". (Although 45 to 2 is a bit ridiculous and you know it).
I'm measuring "consistency of outrage". Have you heard any Republicans or conservatives (politicians, partisan supporters, FOX News commentators, etc) speaking out today and saying: "it's just about sex...stay out of the bedroom!!!"
No, I don't think so.
Now for the hypocrisy score. Have you heard any Democrats or liberals repeating what they said about this (stay out of the bedroom, etc.) when Clinton, Frank, Studds and even Kennedy got caught with their pants down?
I don't think so. If I were on the liberal side, I’d be kinda quiet right now. Watching Nancy Pelosi walking on eggshells, so as to not alienate her San Francisco district, is hilarious!
It’s times like this when you find out just how carefully thought out the “outrage” is.

Lets compare Clinton to Foley.
Clinton had a sexual affair with one of his interns, then lied about it on network TV, under oath in front of a congressional hearing.
Foley, Sent some explicit IM's to a sixteen year old page, then when it cam to light, resigned, and is seeking help for his problem. He will most likely, and deserves to, be investigated, and prosecuted if he did anything wrong.
Who is more hypocritical? Foley or Clinton?? Foley resigned. Clinton just plain lied about it.

I'm no fan of Republicans (and I'm quite sick of their constant lies and distortions), but it is neither fair nor accurate to paint anyone of any single grop (party, race, religion, gender or prefernces) with the tainted brush of the few.
If Dems don't draw the line against this constant negativity, who will?
